Introducing... Pretox Potion Cake Shop. Located in the 'dungeon' of Maiden in London, England, this is one cake shop that isn't for the faint hearted. In fact, it is restricted to those who are 18+. Despite each cake's gruesome appearance - there is a silver lining, apparently each cake is injected with one of the 17 beneficial vitamins and herbs found in the PRETOX drink, Alibi.

 The 'edible autopsy' is PP's latest work of art and is apparently 100% medically correct. As someone who can't handle blood, I'm not sure how i'd go sitting down to one of these cannibalistic creations....it's almost like watching a surgeon tuck into his patient..
